Our Story
Established in March 2020, just on the cusp of the Nationwide lockdown. David, our Director and LBP Builder was working as an employee but then without a guaranteed job decided it was time to go out on his own.
Sam our Operations Manager, was working as a Property Manager for a large real estate company and saw a gap in the market for qualified builders conducting work for Property Management companies.
Normally engaging just handymen, providing our services as qualified builders would not only assist Property Managers but also provide reassurance to property owners that work getting completed on their property was done correctly, by the right person and most importantly to the building code.
​We, have since, grown to offer our services to independent property owners, Body Corporates, Facilities Management and we work as an independent contractor for a Wellington Residential design firm. ​
Through this work, we have been able to scale our jobs from general maintenance to full renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations and design planning.
